Most run two to six weeks. A focused architecture review on a single system can finish in ten working days; a full portfolio assessment across several business units usually needs six weeks. We scope the duration before you commit, and we do not bill open-ended discovery.
No. The report, models and roadmap are yours outright, written so that your own team or a third party can execute them. Roughly half our consulting clients take the plan in-house. We would rather be the advisor you trust than the vendor you feel locked into.
Read access to the relevant repositories and cloud accounts, a handful of 45-minute interviews with people who know the systems, and whatever documentation already exists — even if it is out of date. We work around your team's availability rather than blocking their sprint.
